In order for us to come to you, we need wheelchair accessability for our carts and a regular 110 outlet that provides 20 amp service which is standard in most facilities. We consider it a great compliment to hear guests compliment our baristas on their speed in preparing the drinks while maintaining the highest quality possible. We continually receive new business based on referrals from a party or office we were just at. We try to educate those who are not familiar with espresso based beverages, teaching them the difference between a latte and a cappuccino, offering "half-shots" of espresso for the not so daring and encouraging double shots for the die hard espresso drinkers. We often hear someone say "Oh, I don't drink coffee, thanks anyway!" Boy are they surprised to see our extensive non coffee menu which draws them right up to the cart.
